I had the pleasure of celebrating Valentine’s Day at the Iveagh Garden Hotel, where my partner and I were joined by close friends for a surprise engagement party. From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food was delicious, with a variety of dishes that catered to everyone’s tastes, adding to the celebratory atmosphere of the evening. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding level of customer service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of the evening was perfect. The team was incredibly supportive and accommodating, assisting me in planning the proposal and helping to create a seamless and unforgettable moment. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free and truly special. The proposal itself was flawless, thanks in large part to the staff’s dedication and creativity. They helped set the scene perfectly, ensuring that everything was in place to make the moment magical. My partner was completely surprised, and the joy and excitement shared by our friends made the evening even more memorable. The 5-star customer service at the Iveagh Garden Hotel truly elevated the experience. From the thoughtful assistance in planning to the genuine care shown throughout the evening, the staff made us feel valued and celebrated. It was a night we will cherish forever, and I 100% recommend the Iveagh Garden Hotel to anyone looking to create a truly special occasion.

The hotel is so beautiful and so much nicer than I expected it to be. Clean, spacious, and updated rooms. We stayed in a deluxe double which had a double bed and two twin beds with plenty of room for our luggage and even a small table and chair. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests! We need a vacuum for our vacuum seal travel bags and they brought it to our room right away. We did not have time to try the restaurant but for a small fee they offer grab and go continental breakfast if you have early morning excursion. You need to request these the day before. The location is great! Walking distance for the majority of Dublin's main attractions. Great location if travelling with children in my opinion. There are several bars and clubs across the street but still quiet and not as loud and hectic as Temple Bar. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dublin! Thoroughly enjoy my stay

The front desk staff was wonderful, the restaurant full service with some of the best food we had while in Dublin - try the seafood chowder - and the location was ideal for exploring. One day we took the tram from the stop one street over and found the city very easy to navigate via public transport; there is a convenient stop for the On and Off bus tour of Dublin quite nearby as well. St. Stephen's Green is within short walking distance and is simply beautiful in all weather. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, though the street on which the hotel is located is quiet other than the pleasant sound of the trams passing.

This hidden gem in the city centre of Dublin,is a must for people to stay in ,if it's location, cleanliness and exceptional customer service you're after!! We wanted to sit in the garden area ,which was stunning to look at. It was starting to get a bit chilly,so a member of staff brought us heated blankets and put on a roof heater for us. We have never received such excellent customer care like this before and believe me we've stayed in some hotels ,world wide. We will certainly stay here again, it will now be our Dublin City Centre hotel of choice from now on and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to all those wanting to stay in a hotel oozing complete luxury . Thank you Iveagh Garden ,it was a complete pleasure ☺️

The Iveagh Garden is a beautifully designed hotel on a beautiful street. Luas stop nearby. Close to St. Stephens Green. The room had 2 singles, as requested, with a really gorgeous bathroom and walk-in rain shower. The beds were soft & comfortable. Breakfast was nice and we were accommodated with vegan sausages. We also had a light snack of wings, soup and sweet potato fries in the bar. All were delicious! We got discounted overnight parking in the shopping centre via the hotel. Recommended Dublin City stay. Will return.
