I had the pleasure of celebrating Valentine’s Day at the Iveagh Garden Hotel, where my partner and I were joined by close friends for a surprise engagement party. From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food was delicious, with a variety of dishes that catered to everyone’s tastes, adding to the celebratory atmosphere of the evening. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding level of customer service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of the evening was perfect. The team was incredibly supportive and accommodating, assisting me in planning the proposal and helping to create a seamless and unforgettable moment. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free and truly special. The proposal itself was flawless, thanks in large part to the staff’s dedication and creativity. They helped set the scene perfectly, ensuring that everything was in place to make the moment magical. My partner was completely surprised, and the joy and excitement shared by our friends made the evening even more memorable. The 5-star customer service at the Iveagh Garden Hotel truly elevated the experience. From the thoughtful assistance in planning to the genuine care shown throughout the evening, the staff made us feel valued and celebrated. The hotel is so beautiful and so much nicer than I expected it to be. Clean, spacious, and updated rooms. We stayed in a deluxe double which had a double bed and two twin beds with plenty of room for our luggage and even a small table and chair. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests! We need a vacuum for our vacuum seal travel bags and they brought it to our room right away. We did not have time to try the restaurant but for a small fee they offer grab and go continental breakfast if you have early morning excursion. You need to request these the day before. The location is great! Walking distance for the majority of Dublin's main attractions. Great location if travelling with children in my opinion. There are several bars and clubs across the street but still quiet and not as loud and hectic as Temple Bar. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dublin! Thoroughly enjoy my stay

My pod room was adequate but I found the bed uncomfortable - like sleeping on a plank. I had to sleep on the duvet to feel comfortable. If I book a room again, it would have to be at the back of the property as some guests complained about noise from the night club across the road.
